Description

Experience the magic of the Arctic's herring-rich fjords. Join our silent whale watching tour from Tromsø for a unique and respectful encounter with magnificent humpback and killer whales.

An Unforgettable Encounter in the Arctic Fjords

Journey with us into the heart of the whales' winter feeding grounds. Witness the powerful spectacle of humpback and orca (killer whale) pods feeding in the stunning, frozen landscapes of Northern Norway. Our commitment to sustainability means we use a silent hybrid-electric boat, minimizing our disturbance and allowing for a more natural and intimate wildlife experience.

Your Whale Watching Adventure

Departure from Tromsø
We depart at 08:00 from Tromsø, heading straight towards the known feeding areas to maximize our time with the whales during the short hours of beautiful polar daylight.

Scenic Journey & Onboard Comfort
Relax in our warm, comfortable lounges with panoramic windows as you take in the breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and frozen fjords. A selection of food and drinks is available for purchase on board.

Expert Guiding & Whale Spotting
Our passionate and knowledgeable guides will enrich your journey with fascinating stories and in-depth information about the orcas and humpback whales, their behavior, and the Arctic ecosystem.

Silent Approach for Optimal Viewing
Once we locate the whales, we switch to our near-silent electric engine. This allows us to observe these majestic creatures without causing them stress. Our vessel is purpose-built for whale watching, featuring multiple outdoor decks so everyone has ample space and a fantastic, unobstructed view for photography and observation.

⚠️ Important Note
This is a wild animal excursion in a vast Arctic environment. The tour duration is typically 6-9 hours as it depends on the whales' location. While our experienced crew does their utmost to find them, whale sightings cannot be guaranteed. The prime season for this tour runs from late October to the end of January.

Season 2025/2026
Daily from 09 October 2025 - 31 January 2026

Sustainability in Action
We are proud that approximately 15% of this tour is powered by our silent electric engine, significantly reducing noise pollution and our carbon footprint in the pristine Arctic environment.
