Aurora Dinner Cruise

Cruise silently into the darkness of the Tromsø fjords while enjoying a local seafood dinner in our panoramic saloons. Learn about the frozen landscape and the culture of Arctic Norway — and if luck is on our side, glimpse the northern lights in the night sky.

At 18:45 we open the doors to our floating restaurant, and soon we depart from Tromsø in search of the northern lights. With our electric engine we cruise silently into the fjords. Order a local craft beer from Graff or one of our carefully selected wines and settle at a table by the panoramic windows.

Dinner is cooked with locally-sourced, seasonal and fresh ingredients — a modern twist on traditional northern Norwegian dishes. Our hosts explain the importance of the fishing industry to Tromsø and northern Norway.

Menu

• Cured & spiced herring with crispy potatoes, pickled onions and dill & broccoli emulsion (allergies: fish).
• Arctic cod & winter roots — cod with celeriac purée, fried leeks, fermented radishes & mussel sauce with tarragon (allergies: fish, mussels).
• Apple cinnamon panna cotta — sour cream panna cotta, oat & cinnamon crumble with sweet & sour apples.
• Bread & butter served in addition.

Vegetarian menu

• Charred broccoli with crispy potatoes, horseradish mayo, pickled onions, dill and broccoli emulsion (allergens: egg).
• Smoked & baked celeriac with celeriac purée, fried leeks, fermented radishes & vegetarian broth.
• Apple cinnamon panna cotta — vanilla panna cotta, oat & cinnamon crumble with sweet & sour apples.

Good to know

• Boarding: doors open at 18:45 at Kaigata 6, 9008 Tromsø.
• The menu is set. Dietary restrictions must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
• Children aged 3–11 are provided a child-friendly menu; infants are not provided with food.
• Northern lights sightings are not guaranteed.

• More than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund.
• Less than 48 hours in advance: no refund.
